Cheap beer in Murray Hill
Murray Hill is a young after-work neighborhood and its bars are sized for groups. Third Avenue and the low 30s carry sports bars, pubs, and taverns rather than cocktail rooms, and the prices sit in a tight band rather than spreading out — there is no dive floor here and, apart from a rooftop or two, no luxury ceiling. For a neighborhood this compact it is unusually well covered by happy hour: a large share of the bars we track publish one. They follow the same weekday four-to-eight shape, which makes this one of the easier neighborhoods to plan a cheap evening in without checking each bar individually.
18 priced bars tracked · lowest listed price $6.00 · middle listed price $7.00 · 10 with published happy-hour details. These prices are a starting point, not identical-pour comparisons: a listing may be a can, bottle, or draft. Check the note and source before traveling, especially for a time-limited special.

OneOneFour
$14.00
114 E 32nd St, New York, NY 10016, USA
The venue formerly branded 'OneOneFour' (also called '114 Bar') at 114 E 32nd St, inside The Marmara Park Avenue hotel, has been rebranded. The hotel's official blog states: 'Our OneOneFour cocktail bar is now operating as Tuti Lounge & Bar, offering light bites and coffee.' The current bar at the same address/venue is Tuti Lounge & Bar, which explicitly states 'our bar remains open for drinks' -- confirming it is still a walk-in bar, not restaurant-only service. Its live menu lists a 'Beers' section with Leffe, Kirin Ichiban, and Stella Artois all priced at $14 each (a tie for cheapest). A fourth item, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, is a non-alcoholic soda and was excluded from beer pricing. No happy hour, drink specials, or time-limited pricing is mentioned anywhere on the official menu page or hotel site. Given the rebrand, this price should be understood as belonging to the successor bar program at the same physical bar/address rather than a venue still called 'OneOneFour.'.
