The current bar at the same address/venue is Tuti Lounge & Bar, which explicitly states 'our bar remains open for drinks' -- confirming it is still a walk-in bar, not restaurant-only service. Its live menu lists a 'Beers' section with Leffe, Kirin Ichiban, and Stella Artois all priced at $14 each (a tie for cheapest). A fourth item, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, is a non-alcoholic soda and was excluded from beer pricing. No happy hour, drink specials, or time-limited pricing is mentioned anywhere on the official menu page or hotel site. Given the rebrand, this price should be understood as belonging to the successor bar program at the same physical bar/address rather than a venue still called 'OneOneFour.'.
